Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
For customers who, as controllers, have personal data processed by Nocturne, we provide a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR.
Scope
The DPA governs in particular:
- subject matter, nature, scope and purpose of the processing
- categories of personal data and of data subjects
- technical and organisational measures (TOMs)
- use of further subprocessors
- duties to assist, to notify and to delete
